If I were to be more specific, her dress should be pulled open (bottom-middle) and the shirt part pulled up despite her trying to pull it back down with one hand. With her other hand she should be trying to keep her (black lace) panties from being pulled down (middle-left) while her dress is being lifted (middle-right).
If you feel like drawing more than a bunch of disembodied ghostly claws, there is a small selection of ghouls to the right, but it doesn't really matter.
