I suppose it was because this fetish was still very niche in the digital art sphere, so we had to just take what we could get instead of splitting hairs. Nowadays we have well established and talented artists who can produce stuff of consistent quality on a regular basis. People are actually having their specific fetishes and body type preferences catered to, and so the sperglets among them begin to feel entitled to it.
I'd like to see how these little niggers would handle one of these threads from 10 years ago - with half as much content and most of it being shitty unshaded sketches.
