I've been experimenting on making more relatively masculine/not-moe noses. Here's one try:
At the eye tab: select nose 08 and raise the position of both the mouth and the nose to 100 (the maximum).
At the happy-face tab: select mouth 65. adjust the height and width until it looks right for you (usually 50/50 for me).
As you can guess, this leaves the character mouthless. So make an exact copy of the character with a mouth (which means no man-nose, natch) and just mspaint copy-paste your way to what some may call a sort of victory!
