>>28259541) What is your system language? Do ANY of the bone names contain punctuation marks that are used as decimal separators / CSV delimiters in either your language or Japanese? Are there any characters other than Latin letters, underscores, ASCII numbers in the file paths to your model and MMD?
2) Are you making absolutely sure that you've selected all relevant keyframes before saving the motion—checking that they're, in fact, red on the timeline?
3) Is it consistently replicable, meaning that you always get the same result if you do the exact same actions? Does this also occur if you only save the keys of a single problem bone/morph as a separate motion file?
4) Do the frames that go missing upon transfer remain in the original project after reloading it?
5) What are the "Jp" names of problem morphs/bones? Which morph types do they belong to? Do you spot any differences if you compare them to working morphs of the same types? If (3) is yes, does it work if you copy a working morph and rename it to a problem morph (and rename the problem one temporarily)?
6) How many morphs and bones does the model have?
7) What's the overall keyframe count of the motion you're trying to save? Is it a massive "motion capture/smooth" type with the state of every bone registered for every keyframe?
