Most of the time they are just edits of "popular" models like vocaloids or some cat/demon girls with dick strapped to the crotch. Oh yeah, and Tsundere Earl also made custom futa Utsuho model. And yeah, the trial version of Adult Cirno basically lacks whole upper body (underneath the clothes, so even the full texture won't help you). Furthermore the texture itself have panties stitched on the skin so no vag to show off as well. No lewd with the trial version then.
And just as a piece of an advice. Unless the model has an actual slider allowing you to strip her (see pic, sliders are those things in the green canvas, which by the way allow you to edit model's facial expression among other things) you will likely be forced to manually edit out the clothes away from the model (or just hide the material) with use of another application called PMX Editor. There is also PMD Editor but since PMX > PMD, most of the time you want to use PMX editor. Both of those are released as free software as far as I know.
