For Inaribara the modeler added physics to the entire upper body. This is fine in Unity because skeleton bones override physics but in MMD physics overrides skeleton bones. I'd say around 10-20% of the models I tested have this issue.
This is where the Dissolve button comes in, pic is the setup I used for Inaribara. I couldn't make sense of the breast physics so that needs to be fixed later.
