It's better than the last picture, at least. Whatever that's worth. Most of your problems can be fixed if you actually use and refer to a reference to make sure your proportions aren't going all wonky. But your hands need a lot of work. You, quite blatantly, cannot draw hands. The good news is that the problem is extremely common and there are hundreds, if not thousands, of guides dedicated exclusively to getting better at drawing hands.
