Maybe she comes back to her exam room and finds her clothes are missing because a cleaner came by and assumed they were forgotten, or she gets lost and can't find her room with her clothes.
Maybe the doctor insists on a nude weigh in and the scale is in a hallway.
Or maybe she's brought to the doctor for a routine checkup with a friend and the friend stays in the room for the checkup and refuses to leave.
Or maybe she's at a school nurse and a classmate comes by to deliver a message while she's in the middle of an examination.
>If she's so unconcerned with her clothes that she can forget to wear them in the first place, it kind of takes away from the severity of the situation.I get what you mean, but I think if there's some additional circumstance, like some time pressure, i.e. running late, can't find any clean underwear, decides to just go without, it makes it work.
I mean even though I hate not wearing underwear there's been a few times when I changed into a swimsuit before going to the pool and just wore it under my clothes on the way there, only to discover I forgot underwear much to my horror, and I was forced to go commando on my way home because I couldn't wear a wet swimsuit under my clothes. It's an easy mistake to make, and could definitely lead to some ENF situations if a girl did it.
