>>1860880for different colors, use either the face texture of the body (in case the new texture makes funny results in the face get the UV plugin that lets you retexture the mesh and then make it fit), or recolor the face texture of the head using photoshop or gimp. also try to see if they have the same coloration for the enviroment and the same spheres and toons
for protuding stuff, select the vertex that are causing the problem and shrink them so they get inside the neck of the body.
also i recomend you to erase the old neck the head and use just the neck of the body.
