RealESRGAN_x4plus_anime_6B is a quick/good quality upscaler to highresfix with that's one of the defaults on forge

could try the first link in here to see metadata on images you like from here to see artist mixes, though not larger images due to the 4mb limit making us use jpg which strips the metadata
