Are you using A1111/Forge/Reforge? The newest versions of Forge/Reforge are supposed to auto-detect Vpred and use the right noise sampler for you. If it doesn't work the most you might need to do is setup the right Noise Sampler and CFG Rescale for Vpred, and then you can use them just like any other model.
Pic related shows off some Vpred models I've used, really anything based on NoobAI is going to be among the best SDXL models available so use whatever you like the look of the best.
