>>2406401I'll start with the translucent shirt effect since I think that's pretty easy to do. I use photoshop, but I think GIMP should work fine. You basically just use the pen tool to trace out where you think her body is and make a selection (right click the path and choose make selection). then you use the brush tool and choose a massive size and 0% hardness.
