There's this phenomenon that happens with Japanese artists sometimes that they just delete all of their old stuff when they turn professional. Mel/a used to have HUNDREDS of pictures on his site of his chraracters. They were rough-looking but they were still good. But then they were all gone. He drew his characters in a more professional way from then on but ultimately, he pretty much stopped. He still had his pixiv but most of the great things he had there were deleted, and now is almost completely Rage of Bahamut. It makes me really sad that these characters (especially Francesca) that I had followed for years only live on in what I have saved. You can see them on my Minus:
