Well A lot of these cross the line I'd put, but i'm just into that tiny bit of pudge that gives them a soft texture.
I say a /e/ chubby falls generally within or close to a realistic body type, while it slides into /d/ turn when:

Full fat rolls. a little indentation or a crease is fine, but you cross the line when her midsection looks like one under inflated ball resting on another.
