This is NCHL base with material SSAO, SvSSAO, rim lighting, soft bloom, excellent shadow and various other things. The materials on the models have to be configured properly to respond to shaders properly and yadda yadda yadda. It's not something I can just explain easily and it takes a lot of work to make a good looking image with a lot of shaders.
