Like, there's a rumor that there's a naked girl running around (and basically no other details), and the persuader begs the persuaded to going out naked and being the rumored naked girl on promise of returning the favor someday or something.
Alternately, despite the "Erotic Signs" being a bit overused, the act of them being actual street signs that are enforced by law is much rarer in comparison. This is basically the only time I've ever seen going off recent memory:
