However, in order for a mesh to be affected by physics, you will always need to weight it to a rotable active bone that has a physics-enabled rigid body attached to it, which is linked to another rigid body with a joint, with all of it properly ordered. If you want a piercing chain that connects nipple piercings, keep in mind that it should have an even number of links, as it's hard to keep the physics in check when one rigid body is affected by joints from two sides. The bone parenting issue is also present.
