3. This one seems kinda flawed. Nudity in and of itself is ecchi as long as there is no intercourse. Don't forgot, the real life equivalent of ecchi is basically what is seen in Playboy and Maxim, the celebration of the nude female form. That's what softcore porn basically (or should be) is, where as hardcore is the stuff with sex, and extreme obviously being the fetish stuff.
