If you just hide her top you get a flat blurred/warped nipple surface(that's why peeks aren't very detailed, and why you don't see the tips poking out on every top). Her body still needs to be properly replaced to make her nipples poke out, fill in any gaps, etc. Work modders are very familiar with, but I'm too lazy to stay consistent and have to refer back to tutorials whenever I feel like making a real attempt.
