Maybe it already fits one of the categories but "revenge exposure" is top tier. It's not as enjoyable when it's bullying someone innocent, but if they expose someone and they're justified in it, then it's amazing.
As for how they do the revenge, stolen clothes, combat damage, forced exposure, maybe even lost bet, or some mix of them, any of them kind of work.
Something like a pillory suits it perfectly, trick them into going into it then pull their clothes off and leave them there naked for everyone to find.
Social pressure is an odd one since there aren't many realistic situations where it would be appropriate for ENF, but I like it when it works. Something like naked dogeza, or some kind of punishment where they happened to be naked and the person in charge forced them to do the punishment as they are (like that one naked swim doujinshi) or a bucket punishment.
