I recommend you The Dark Mangaka, he's a good artist and his prices are quite affordable, he doesn't have a problem with making slavery focused drawings, as long as your request isn't scat or guro or extreme shit like that he is okay with it, you can always ask him what he does and doesn't draw if you are still not sure.
The best thing is that it's pretty easy to contact him and his response is almost immediate.
