Make sure you get 5 of each of those SSRs to "Skill Awaken" for the skills, then trade those in. After playing for a while you'll just start using those for trade fodder for VIP coins because you'll have gained the skills from each suit. Takes 5 of a suit, 1 to awaken, 4 to use.

eh as long as you have 5k in a stat of either POW or TEC you'll be fine. Just make sure to equip SR accessories or an SSR accessory. You can also level them up by using N,R suits/accessories so don't bother trading those in.
For now I'd just go through as many daily missions and use up the 15 auto plays build up V-stones and save for either suits/girls you want or really good ones with really great stats.
