Either she does something stupid (e.g. wearing a cosplay of her favourite character and not realising how lewd it is until someone brings it up, or attaching rockets to her clothes for a school project intending to fly to the moon) or she loses a bet or a strip game very, very badly (game shows are a good setting). Something about innocent stupidity makes it more cute and embarrassing.
I've also always had a really huge soft spot for bullying. Fun bullying, she should be embarrassed not mindbroken.
I guess the worst is losing a bikini at the beach. Like she's practically naked anyway, who cares? Showing skin is too normal there.
I think my biggest turn off is when there are fully naked guys in the scene, for example at an onsen.
I don't mind some molesting so long as it's yuri, but less is more.
