She's suddenly naked at a time/place where she would never expect to be naked, which makes everything she's otherwise used to so much more foreign. What would otherwise be a comfortable temperature for the girl is now rather chilly due to her lack of clothing. How often does she go outside barefoot (assuming she's lost ALL of her clothes)? If it's a modern setting she may not be used to walking on grass/concrete barefoot. Does she have to hide behind a tree/building/box? She may be used to touching these things with her hands and arms, but not her exposed backside. Just a bunch of new sensations that constantly remind the girl of how vulnerable she is and, of course, that she's still in her birthday suit.
