They only released the show in 720p not 1080p so there are no better still images. Here the nails are just too low quality and faded in for it to look even half decent.
This one is slightly different than yours, although I could easily change it. The only difference is the open mouth vs. close mouth. Although yours is a bit lower quality.
I will say though I personally like the skin color I was able to get it too. I was worried nothing would look right.
