Fortunately she has a lot of friends, so she's sent out some letters asking people to send her some costume parts.
Unfortunately all her friends are anons. They also can only afford one costume piece each and of course have next to no coordination with one another, so this there's a high likelihood it'll end as a terrible trainwreck.
So name a single article of clothing for her to wear and she'll put it on. Clothing that usually comes in pairs (bras, socks, shoes, etc) will be accepted, though single parts of usual pairs can also be taken. Newer suggestions can also override older ones.
Meanwhile she'll wait inside the garish and terrible looking Halloween Store dressing room. I'm still not sure why she chose to wait around in her underwear, though...
