There's a terrible heat wave and a struggling Maid Cafe called Cafe Amore is completely empty. The staff is sweaty and uncomfortable and a couple of the maids have to wring out their outfits. Because nobody is in the cafe they don't bother going to the locker room and just take off their tops right there. At that exact moment a group of young men from outside the city stop in for a cold drink. They're shocked and come to the assumption that it's a topless Maid Cafe. The staff thinks it was just horrible luck and try to explain but the men order a ton of drinks and food and start throwing money around all willy nilly. The staff go with it for just this once rather than lose the business but the men spread the word about the topless cafe and this causes business to boom. The show is then about the maids adapting to the new business model.
