Ecchi Content:
Fair. With nipples, surprisingly. It doesn't even seem like an ecchi. It seems like an anime that just happens to have a few natural-feeling scenes that just happens to have a naked girl in them. Oh, except the bit in episode 2 where Midori gets face-planted into her own boob.
Review:
Midori Days is actually rather dear to me. I don't consider it an ecchi, but there is a fair amount of ecchi situations. (Fair. Fair. Don't go expecting Queen's Blade if you start watching this.) But I personally came for the sweet love story and stayed for the boob-face-plant.
Would I recommend it:
If you don't mind ecchi taking a back seat to story/romance/comedy.
