You can only tell different characters apart by their hair color.
You can't use the face to determine how old a character is so you give other hints. Like big tits and mature clothes.
Young woman = small tits
Mature woman = big tits
Old woman = shrunken down inexplicably, doesn't even seem human. The face can now be different and all wrinkly because you're not supposed to feel attraction towards old people. Old people are comedy creatures.
