It's... not bad. I've never been good at describing how things feel. I mean, yeah it's uncomfortable if you wrap yourself up too tight.
I'm kinda middle-of-the-road. I'd guess girls more blessed than I would have a harder time with it. At some point "compression" just becomes "smushing"
I'm hesitant to call it a "nice" feeling, because at the end of the day all you want to do is cut the damn thing off. But the breasts themselves are kinda sensitive, and it takes some of the weight off your back. So it's not all bad.
More than anything it's fun. You get to be someone else, you know? For me, cosplaying a smexy animu guy is more forefront in my mind than how my boobs feel when I do it.
