This is useful when it comes to newfags posting their first thread, it allows us to classify them as requests by default. But some would argue it need not apply to every thread.
If a drawfag posted a one-image thread and said he/she would take requests would that be a request? If the MMD losers posted Miku Miku Dance Part CXXVIII with only one image, would that be a request? How about a picture of some Anon's /e/ folder in a "What Folder Should I Dump?" thread, is that a request?
