In my case, it always looks like the girl is (willingly or unwillingly) "offering" her body, especially her breasts: for me it gives off a strong "you can touch the goods" aura.
Paired with certain expression it can also make the girl look either defenseless (which is hot) or extremely confident in her body and sex appeal (which is SUPER HOT).
