>>1795932Thank you for listening.
Though I share my welcome with as many as I am capable of, dishearteningly few heed it.
So, I'll reward you with honesty.
/e/ is a slow board. A small board. Even if a thread meets the required six posts, there's no guarantee that it will take off.
After all, six posts is the bare minimum. It's the legal equivalent of posting one picture.
On the other hand, sometimes an OP will post 50 pictures and still see no participation. All threads are at the mercy of the community. The best way to see your thread thrive is to post benevolently.
At time of writing, you've posted five pictures. One more and your thread officially exists in the eyes of /e/. What will happen after that?
Your topic is a little vague and generic, if anything's you've offered a cursory summary of our board. I don't see it taking off, but as I said earlier, it's in your hands.
Pardon the funerary tone, I wanted this message to be a sober reminder that a thread won't gain momentum from doing the bare minimum.
Now, I've rewarded your listening with honesty, it's time to reward your benevolence in kind, and hopefully cultivate in you an enthusiasm of generosity.
When I return tomorrow, if you've exceeded the minimum, I'll match your contributions to this thread one for one.
After all, it is my objective to turn this request thread into the premier post of a career G/e/ntleman. You've been given guidance, now you've been given motivation as well.
Welcome to /e/.
