Generic reluctant anime protagonist (generally a likeable guy with realistic priorities and a relatable attitude, someone who you could get behind) is given a position to obtain some kind of macguffin, a vastly desirable outcome of some kind, if he can create the perfect waifu. He has the power to create any kind of woman he wants, defined in whatever way he most desires physically/behaviorally/psychologically, trying to determine who he is most compatible with. Episodes would be focused around time spent with the most recently summoned waifu, but something about her would usually turn out to be less than completely perfect by the end of the 22 minutes. Girls don't disappear or anything as they fail the test, they just sort of... accumulate. Taking up residence in his house. Probably has some kind of sappy but appropriate ending that concludes there's no such thing as something that's perfect in a waifu or relationship but that there's nothing stopping him from choosing a devoted life with any number of amazing girls in his life, conveniently when he's now surrounded himself with dozens of them (most likely recently given substance as real people rather than conjured images, thanks to whatever happens in the finale, making them all the more challenging and interesting subjects).
So, basically, a harem anime that recognizes and intentionally parodies the obvious tropes of different types of anime fan service girls through its core theme of wife-choosing and wish fulfillment. Probably includes cute stuff like a girl in his life who was around him before all this and didn't have to be created in order to be a candidate. The potential number of episodes for different waifus and the potential number of suggestive and tit-bearing scenes basically off the goddamn charts. Perfect ecchi anime. Don't deny it.
