Or maybe she presses the wrong button and realizes a second too late that she just leaked them herself. Or maybe she spends all day completely oblivious, wondering why she keeps getting weird looks, until she's called into the principal and/or boss's office, where someone tries to break the news gently but eventually has to just show her.
And it's different depending on whether she took the nudes on purpose and just didn't want them to go public, or if she took the nudes on accident (didn't notice where the reflective surface was, forgot to turn off the camera, had a wardrobe malfunction on camera, etc.)
