it doesn't allow you to remove the skirts from clothing
bear in mind that you will have to do the tedious process of matching each and every one of your outfits to your body, and selecting which parts of the outfit you want to leave on, but the results are worth it, and it does cover every outfit in the game, and the DLCs.
