I personally prefer the word "Naked" because I feel like any other terms glorify it too much. "Nude" feels too artistic, like "nude model" or "nude painting." "Bare body" feels too scientific. Like you have to make a point that the human body is different from the clothing that we wear. And while "Birthday Suit" is a fun name, it's like the "Emperor's New Clothes" where we're basically pretending that they're still wearing clothes despite being, well, "Naked."
Just saying that they're Naked feels more crude. It's not being sugarcoated like all the other terms. It's not glorifying the human form. It just tells it like it is. They got nothing on, they're Naked.
To add to that, I personally like when game mechanics are brought in, with a lewd twist. Like picking an outfit, or setting their equipment to be "Naked." Or the rare Naked Debuff (pic related), where a single spell from an enemy mage suddenly leaves the party completely naked.
