I'm primarily focused on the character standing with the flag (Saudi Arabia), other elements are up to the artist.
The character doesn't have to be as buff as the one in my image, but she should still be fairly fit.
Her "helmet" could be a mix of a hijab and Captain America's helmet or just the helmet on top of a hijab. The Arabic writing on the shield is optional, I imagine that would be a pain in the ass to draw.
