>>2323829Not Camp of Dares, but here’s my shitty edit. Fucking jpeg artifacts made me want to commit suicide. Couldn't find a hi-res version, either.
Decided to streamline the English a bit (e.g. grovel for prostrate) to make it seem a bit more natural sounding than a raw translation. Also, I don't speak Japanese, but as someone who plays Yu-Gi-Oh!, I assume “power deck” is supposed to mean either a beatdown deck or an aggro deck and I chose aggro based on the context.
Like Camp said, Yu-Gi-Oh! does indeed translate to Game King (meaning the title of the champion of the card game professional league in the series, referred to as “King/Queen of Games” in the English dub), but the pun is lost in translation. For this reason I went with “Yu-Gi-Oh! Strip Monsters” (the Yu-Gi-Oh! card game is known as Duel Monsters in the series, and the show itself is known as “Yu-Gi-Oh! Duel Monsters” despite usually being called Yu-Gi-Oh! unless it’s being distinguished from the later series like Yu-Gi-Oh! GX, Yu-Gi-Oh! 5D’s, etc.).
