The mesh data appears to be exactly the same for the head model in DOAXVV and DOA5, which in layman's terms means the shape of their heads are the same. There isn't a single misplaced vertex between the two heads.
However there's two key differences between the textures. The first is that the DOA5 diffuse map (color map) appears to have a baked shadow around her hair, presumably to simulate ambient occlusion. The second is that a small specular/reflective effective is baked onto the eye texture in DOAXVV.
Secondly, (I haven't included this in the image I posted), the specular map has a minor change around the jawline in DOAXVV, the neck area has a brighter specular and the specular drops off less. I presume these changes were done specifically to match some changes to the specular lighting on the body.
