For this I used 'safe spaces' or scenarios where there weren't anyone to see the naked characters to establish some semblance of normality to contrast against where the ENF was happening, but in the end no matter my attempts it escalated to a point in which we had to do something after enough of the characters got used to their own predicament. I ended up using one hell of a reset button in the form of what was basically a Deux ex machina.
Always naked is hard to pull off but a short story of a naked pilgrimage, especially about the girl's first experiences would do great; or a punishment for a villain.
Other than that, there is another story that I'd be very glad to continue that happens in a fantasy medieval environment where the main characters are meant to travel a lot and always end up in ENF situations no matter what they try. Kind of a failed experiment, to be honest; I wanted the audience to pick the RPG elements (how to level up, the class of the teammates, what abilities to focus on) but that didn't pan out the way I envisioned despite of it being fun for me, and I hope for the people who read it.
