No, there is another manga with the same title, made by Sundome´s author (Kazuto Okada)
It´s about 22 years old coomer who gets blackmailed by a high school girl into doing nasty kinky shit, at first it´s a sex comedy with lots of humilliation (ala Prison School) about a two masochits who fall in love over their fetishes, but shit gets really dark and depressing towards the end.
