That may not even be the fault of the writing, it's just a fundamental issue with straight male sexuality. There's no way for a male character to have an organic reaction to an ENF scenario without it being one of those three things. Anything more novel or interesting than that tends to be a deliberate subversion, in which case we still just end up getting distracted from the grassroots ENF content
I'm with you on the other thing though. Better if the idea of being caught is just played with rather than followed through on. But if being caught as a plot point must come up, I'd always prefer it be another girl.
