In Forge, if you go down to the bottom of the txt2img or img2img tab there should be a dropdown called "Scripts." That has a bunch of built in scripts you can add to your gen.
One of the entries in the Scripts dropdown is called X/Y/Z plot. That will automatically gen the plot for you!
Once you select it, you'll get more dropdowns for the X/Y/Z axis. You can test a bunch of different things! For LORAs since the LORA tag is part of the prompt I use "Prompt S/R" (Search/Replace) which lets you replace any part of a prompt with another part.
