Depends on the art style, really. Are the humans drawn really cartoony or more anatomically, how do shadows work, are the tits themselves drawn in an appealing way or are the artists really bad at it, how tall is the girl, how big is the girl, what type of boob is it, a bouncy one? A soft, squishy one? A firm one? Just a big ol' sack of watery fat I want nothing to do with? Is it made of jello? How much animation focus is placed on the titties? How is it animated? Are we in 2D or 3D? Is it shiny? How shiny? Is it blushing for some reason? How blushy? What's the nip situation? There's a formula to this sort of thing. You think you can just inflate some titties to ridiculous proportions without considering the other factors that the size would impact? You madman.
