I organize mine into four folders:
Breasts, butt, belly, and general NSFW. It is, of course, organized based on what is emphasized in the picture. I might make a new folder for the dark skin waifus if I end up saving more pictures. This is probably the bare minimum as far as organization of NSFW pictures goes.
