In general, you being nude too in what is a non-sexual context with a group of people will usually make it harder for you to pop a boner (if you're a guy) than if it was the same situation but everyone was clothed. But if you do pop a boner it's just a normal healthy physiological reaction for somebody who ain't used to non-sexual nudity, just don't make a big deal out of it, just try and ignore it, don't touch it, etc.
