Honestly in one of those "you can make one change/you can pass one law" games I wouldn't ask for some crazy wacky thing where every woman has to be impregnated by whoever- it loses all its perspective. When everything is lewd all the time pretty soon nothing feels lewd anymore.
The only thing I would change is that it's considered a little bit scandalous but socially acceptable for a woman to publicly expose herself, up to and including just going around completely bottomless. It's still rare though, since it's seen as a sexual or at least provocative display. Only brave, flirty girls will be showing their pussies in public. Or sluts. Or some poor shy girl who got goaded or pressured by her friends. Y'know.
