In the past, they did periodically lock down accounts that exclusively uploaded SD without explanation (they'd issue the ban announcement and leave the explanation blank), and a few of us got locked permanently, but your content stays there even if no one else can ever see it or you account again. I'm not sure if that still happens. I'd be more worried about that they grief from the browsing base, if users don't like your stuff they'd just ignore it.
