It's that vomit-like haze you see covering the whole image. Supposedly it's done by a program called Glaze and Nightshade. Ever since his freakout he has ruined his own images with that trash. Imagine freaking out about people using your art for AI, so you spite them by making your own art worse while they're still making money off your old art style that people are willing to pay for.
